The paperback version of this anthology was uploaded onto Amazon sometime between Thursday and Friday. I purchased it Saturday night and it was at my door Tuesday afternoon. First, someone keeps spreading rumors that Amazon was going to start letting the self published authors to put up the paperbacks on preorder but not so far.
