I do not like to give talks in front of people even on Zoom. However, I have found that I can record a presentation in PowerPoint, turn that into a video and share that online. The Question and Answer section does not bother me as much but it is difficult to be articulate so pre-recording the main part of the seminar allows me to relax while the viewers get a more polished presentation. 

Hopefully, I am getting better at both!
